It is a very challenging and fruitful journey to cook the restaurant-quality steaks at home for ourselves and the ones we love. But what we should take into consideration before start the cooking?
Here are some useful steak cooking tips and process for your reference:
First is first, how do we know if the steak is cooked properly?
The golden standard for a well-cooked steak is a beautifully charred surface and tender interior. We need to monitor the conditions especially the inside steak temperature and cooking time all the time while it’s cooking. If we do not have large enough grill at home, we can use a ribbed bottom to replace the grill to enjoy a satisfactory result. Brushing the pan with butter is not a must, however if we add some butter on the steak just right before we finish the cooking, it will yield a golden curst and deep fragrance.
