Everyone wants to have a healthy and fit body as well as energetic lifestyle, but few of us can have even though we keep training all the time.
Why? Maybe the reason is that we do not know and stick to the following advice.
BEING FIT IS ALWAYS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LOOKING FIT
Once we make up our mind to keep fit, we need to slow down our impulse, try to build and keep a positive and patient attitude towards to our targets.

DRINKING CORRECTLY AND HEALTHILY
If we want our body to deliver more energy, more stamina and alertness, we had better drink fluids; while if we would like to set the goal as weight losing, we need to drink ice water, because drinking ice water will make our body warm up to consume the changed temperature by the ice water.
And if we do not know precisely how much sugar our body needs, please get away from those fizzy drinks.
DO NOT REPLY ONE TRAINING METHOD
If we would like to enjoy more achievement and more solid fitness results, we had better adopt various training methods. For example, we can combine cardio training and weight training to enjoy more health. According to the study, cardio training is the best way for us to burn fat during activities; while effective weight training can bring us after burn effect and keep burning calories after we finish exercising.
SET TIME FRIENDLY TRAINING RATHER THAN CONTINUOUS TRAINING
For most fitness keepers, it may be an issue to get enough time for training, so we had better set a time friendly training schedule such as interval training.
Interval training can help us commit higher intensity of work within a short period of time, but we need to take a digital timer to help us monitor the training period and keep focusing on our training within the time.
As for the fitness timer, we do not recommend the mechanical timer because of its large timing error; and we do not recommend to use our cellphone timer as the fitness timer, because the endless notifications from the various cellphone apps will distract us from training or even ruin our training.
