The case securely holds three cigars. It fits most standard vitolas (coronas, robustos, etc.). If you carry unusually large ring gauges (double coronas or oversized torpedoes), please measure your cigars to ensure a comfortable fit.

Absolutely — the case was designed for travel and protects against bumps, light moisture and handling. It is not a humidor: for long-term storage or precise humidity control, use a proper humidor or travel humidor pouch.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper conditioning, use a leather product formulated for full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather — test on a small hidden area first. Avoid soaking, prolonged sunlight, and extreme humidity to preserve shape and finish.

   the order list.
4. Packing and quality check (Day 3):
   Our customer service and packing teams carefully inspect and pack each
   handcrafted item for shipment.
5. Shipment (Day 3): We dispatch your
   order to the delivery address provided.

Estimated delivery

Typical delivery time is 3–6 business
days. On occasion, if an order misses the factory’s daily transfer cutoff
or if the factory reaches full capacity, shipment may be delayed by 1–2
business days. Because every JIMUTO piece is handcrafted to preserve its
natural beauty and durability, we do not rush production. We apologize in
advance for any brief delays and appreciate your understanding.
