end of the day we forward the day’s orders to our factory to arrange
production. - Production (Day 2): Our designers,
artisans, and production team begin and complete manufacturing based on
the order list. - Packing and quality check (Day 3):
Our customer service and packing teams carefully inspect and pack each
handcrafted item for shipment. - Shipment (Day 3): We dispatch your
order to the delivery address provided.
Estimated delivery
Typical delivery time is 3–6 business
days. On occasion, if an order misses the factory’s daily transfer cutoff
or if the factory reaches full capacity, shipment may be delayed by 1–2
business days. Because every JIMUTO piece is handcrafted to preserve its
natural beauty and durability, we do not rush production. We apologize in
