5. Shipment (Day 3): We dispatch your
   order to the delivery address provided.

Typical delivery time is 3–6 business
days. On occasion, if an order misses the factory’s daily transfer cutoff
or if the factory reaches full capacity, shipment may be delayed by 1–2
business days. Because every JIMUTO piece is handcrafted to preserve its
natural beauty and durability, we do not rush production. We apologize in
